As the Development Associate supporting Earl Young’s Team, you will lead vital fundraising efforts driven by a deep commitment to our life-saving mission. Reporting to the Legacy Director and working closely with the Founder and Executive Director, you will play a pivotal role in the strategic stewardship of our community, maintaining deep-rooted donor connections while actively cultivating new relationships with individual supporters, private foundations, and corporate partners. The keys to success in this role are exceptional organization and a talent for managing engagement and events that fuel our financial growth.

    About Earl Young’s Team

Earl Young’s Team, is a Dallas based organization founded in 2015, is dedicated to raising awareness for and registering blood stem cell/bone marrow donors to provide second chances at life for patients battling blood cancers (like leukemia and lymphoma) and blood disorders (like aplastic anemia and sickle cell disease). Our founder, Earl Young, is an Olympic gold medalist alive today because a total stranger donated blood stem cells, giving him a second chance at life. Because young donors (those between the ages of 18-26) provide the best patient outcomes, our work is focused on awareness initiatives and swab drives on college and university campuses.
