    Descripción

    This is an opportunity to help shape the future of La Plata County, SWCO by bringing people together to create lasting change for children, youth, and families!

    The Community Collaboration Coordinator plays a key role in helping our community move from shared concern to collective action- building strong partnerships, facilitating collaboration, and supporting community-driven solutions to complex challenges.As part of Team Up’s Community Collaboration Program, the Coordinator will advance a long-standing Collective Impact initiative by convening cross-sector partners, facilitating action teams and a steering committee, managing grants that support the work, tracking progress and outcomes, and helping ensure collaborative efforts lead to meaningful, measurable impact. The Coordinator serves as a connector, facilitator, and organizer- working closely with community partners, local leaders, those most impacted by issues, and Team Up staff to keep efforts inclusive, data-informed, and responsive to evolving community needs.

    Current collaborative priorities in La Plata County include Youth Mental Health, Access to Prosocial Opportunities, and Trusted Adult Relationships.     Compensación

    Team Up observes at least 15 paid holidays annually, and offers paid leave for vacation, sick, and family leave time. Health, vision, dental, and optional. Simple IRA retirement account are also available.
