About Vedic Health

Vedic Health is a small, community-based nonprofit wellness organization founded by Ayurvedic doctor and yoga educator Amita Jain. The organization provides educational and wellness programming including yoga, Ayurveda, health coaching and therapeutic services.

The Opportunity

Vedic Health is entering an exciting leadership transition. After many years of personally leading the organization, its founder is transitioning away from day-to-day management and seeking an Executive Director to lead the organization into its next chapter.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all day-to-day operations of Vedic Health.
• Manage employees and independent contractors, including scheduling and performance.
• Oversee programs and services — yoga, Ayurveda, massage, health coaching, and community programs.
• Manage finances and budget in coordination with the accountant/bookkeeper.
• Manage marketing, communications, and community outreach.
• Develop partnerships and opportunities to expand community impact.
