Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role, as a Front Desk Receptionist at the Dominican Sisters of San Rafael located in San Rafael, CA. The Front Desk Receptionist will handle phone calls, perform receptionist duties, utilize clerical skills, communicate effectively, and provide exceptional customer service on a daily basis. This role will occasionally transport residents in company vehicles.
Qualifications
- Phone Etiquette, Receptionist Duties and Clerical Skills
- Excellent interpersonal abilities - ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals including geriatric population with varying physical and mental states.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient with Microsoft/ Google Suite/Canva
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- High School diploma
- CA driver's license
- Spanish Fluency a plus
