NPH transforms the lives of vulnerable childrenin Bolivia, the Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Guatemala, Haiti, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, and Peru. Together, we help children overcome poverty and become productive, caring leaders in their own communities.     Position Summary:

    The Communications & SEO Manageris responsible for designing and executing the organization’s SEO strategy, managing written digital content, and leading communication efforts across the organization and multiple platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker who can optimize our digital presence, drive organic growth, and craft compelling messaging for marketing campaigns and overall communications. The ideal candidate is both analytically driven and creatively adept, with a proven abilityto manage cross-channel marketing campaigns, track KPIs, and support brand reputation and recruitment goals.

    Key Priorities & Responsibilities:

    SEO Strategy & Digital Analytics

    • Develop, manage, and implement an integrated SEO strategy to drive organictraffic, improve search rankings, and enhance online visibility.
    • Conduct keyword research,site audits, and competitive analysisto identify opportunities for growth.
    • Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimizewebsite architecture, content, backlinking, and other factors that impact SEO.
    • Manage pixel tracking,UTM parameters, and Google Tag Manager for accurate analytics and insights.
    • Manage canonicaltags and structuring SEO-friendly URLs to preventduplicate content and maintain page authority.

    Communications & ContentStrategy

    • Serve as the communications officer for the organization, leading internal and external messaging to ensureconsistent brand messaging across all platforms
    • Assist in craftingcompelling & high impact languagefor marketing campaigns, newsletters, press releases,and web content
    • Support in the creation and distribution of engaging contentacross social media, email, and web platforms to support new donor acquisition and retention goals.
    • Maintain content calendarsto ensure consistent and strategic communication and timely distribution across platforms.

    Cross-Channel Marketing & Campaign Management

    • Support the planningprocess and executeintegrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns focused on audience growth and engagement.
    • Ensure alignment of brand messaging and visual identity across all channels.
    • Track and optimizecampaign efficacy, using data-driven insightsto enhance performance.
    • Collaborate with marketing peers on conceptdevelopment and campaign delivery.

    Project Management, Internal & External Stakeholder Communication

    • Act as the primary contactfor communication initiatives, ensuring alignment across teams and consistency with brand standards.
    • Provide strategic communication support for organizational projects, launches, and events.
    • Manage communication timelines, translations, and relationships with NPHI counterparts to ensureefficient delivery of marketing and communication assets.
    • Work with marketingpartners to implementbest practices and enhance campaign effectiveness.

    Skills and Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or relatedfield; or equivalent experience.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, and communications.
    • Proven expertise in SEO strategy, digital content management, and analytics.
    • Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detailand consistency.
    • Experience with marketing automation platforms, CMS (WordPress), and email marketing tools.
    • Proficiency with GoogleAnalytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs,and social media platforms.
    • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multipleprojects simultaneously.
    • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
    • Willingness to travel occasionally for events and projects.
    • Native bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English a plus.
