    Job Description: The Fundraising and Partnerships Manager is a data-informed, relationship-driven professional who executes UWFH's workplace campaigns and mailing/digital fundraising efforts and works alongside the CEO to grow our individual donor base and corporate support. The role is also responsible for coordinating two major events each year and is the staff support for the campaign committee. The ideal candidate will review data and analyze trends to help inform our efforts. This is a hands-on and highly collaborative role.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Manages UWFH Workplace Campaign fundraising efforts, stewarding relationships with Employee Campaign Coordinators (ECCs) and workplace accounts to grow participation and gift size.
    • Works with the CEO on corporate support opportunities.
    • Prepare and execute fall and spring mailings and digital solicitation appeals, including list segmentation and follow-up.
    • Support UWFH's efforts to grow its individual donor base.
    • Use data to drive and show results. Utilize CRM system to track performance and donor behavior. Analyze campaign performance and donor data.
    • Work with the CEO to implement consistent donor stewardship, including but not limited to thank yous, check-ins, and upgrade asks.
    • Organize the campaign kickoff and the annual meeting.
    • Provide staffing and logistical support for the Ski United Committee and Campaign Committee.
    • Regularly reports on campaign progress to the CEO.

    Job Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of related experience.
    • The ideal candidate has strong soft skills, is data-informed by habit, and is operationally proactive, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
    • Experience handling confidential information appropriately.
    • Ability to closely follow systems and protocols while juggling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
    • Comfort and ease with technology, including Google Workspace, Excel, LLMs, CRM platforms and digital marketing tools. (Not familiar with AI yet? We will teach you!)
    • Comfort working with a wide range of external stakeholders including donors, ECCs, corporate partners, and community members in person, by phone, and by email.
    • Some evening and weekend hours expected during campaign kickoffs, events, and peak season.
    • Eagerness to take initiative, solve problems, and contribute positively to the work of a small team.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Familiarity with the nonprofit sector, its funding models, culture, and pace, is a plus, though not required.
    • Demonstrated grant writing success.
    • Experience working as a part of a lean team where roles are broad and priorities shift.
