TEMPORARY PART-TIME PROGRAM ASSISTANT

Open Path Psychotherapy Collective is seeking a part-time, temporary employee to assist our team in reviewing and processing therapist membership applications, as well as taking care of other administrative tasks as needed. The ideal Program Assistant is someone who has strong attention to detail, is able to work independently, and wants to support therapists in their process of becoming members of Open Path. The position is 12 hours of work per week starting on or around September 15, 2025 and continuing through the end of December 2025. There may be potential for this position to continue into 2026, depending on organizational needs.

In partnership with licensed mental health clinicians throughout the United States and Canada, Open Path provides middle and lower-income level clients with access to affordable mental health care. Since our founding in 2013, Open Path has connected over 150,000 clients to affordable psychotherapeutic care. Additionally, Open Path has had over 75,000 students sign on to take one of our affordable online wellness courses.

Candidates for this position must:

• Clearly and confidently communicate. Writing must be clear, concise, and illustrate proper grammar and spelling in English.
• Have strong organizational skills.
• Be able to work efficiently while paying attention to detail.
• Feel confident working from home and staying on task.
• Be able to work independently while integrating feedback and new information.
• Be able to appropriately handle confidential information.

Hours and Location: This is a part-time position with morning hours. Candidates should expect the hours to occur between Monday-Thursday, from 8am-11am Eastern Time.

Open Path’s headquarters are located in Asheville, NC. Candidates may reside in any state in the United States as long as they are able to work the desired days and hours.

The Program Assistant will need to use their laptop for this position. If you are already working a full-time job you do not plan to leave, please do not apply for this position! Compensation: $20/hour. This temporary, P/T position does not include benefits.
