Applications are open for the 2026 Morgridge Acceleration Program (MAP) Fellowship, an initiative of the Morgridge Family Foundation that pairs early- to mid-career leaders with experienced nonprofit mentors to tackle a challenge within the mentor’s organization. Over six months, twelve MAP Fellows design innovative, sustainable solutions—while building their skills, expanding their professional networks, and gaining access to travel, speaking, and exclusive learning opportunities.
The fellowship begins in March 2026 with an immersive kick-off event in Orlando, Florida, followed by six months of remote collaboration. Fellows dedicate approximately 15 hours per month (90 hours total) to the virtual elements while maintaining their full-time jobs. The program culminates in September 2026 at a celebration event in Denver, Colorado, where fellows and mentors share their solutions and impact.

MAP seeks early to mid-career professionals in the United States who bring strong leadership skills, curiosity, and a desire to drive meaningful change. The ideal candidate is eager to learn from nonprofit executives, apply their expertise in a new setting, and grow as a leader while contributing to the social sector.

Compensación
- $5,000 in challenge funding per nonprofit ($2,500 designated for fellow professional development and $2,500 designated for project advancement)
- An additional $1,250 per nonprofit for a fellow site visit to the mentor’s organization or a relevant off-site event
- Fully funded and coordinated travel, lodging, and meals for both in-person program events (kick-off in Orlando and culmination in Denver)
- Direct mentorship from nonprofit executives leading high-impact organizations
- Access to a national network of peers, mentors, and alumni committed to driving social change
- Opportunities to showcase leadership, grow expertise, and contribute solutions with lasting community impact
