Typical hours for this position range from 8-20 hours per month, depending on availability. This position is highly flexible and BELs can set their own hours.

This is the perfect role for you if you have prior experience repairing and teaching bicycle classes, are an avid bike rider, and love to coach and bolster adult learners from varying backgrounds and skill levels. We especially encourage applicants who come with a deep understanding of the barriers to participation and experiences of historically marginalized riders (for example: women and non-binary, people of color, varying socioeconomic status, etc).
