National non-profit based in Las Vegas, Nevada, is looking for Executive Director/Chief Executive Officer. The non-profit operates with a lean staff of ___ employees to solve the transportation issue for children with rare diseases who do not have access to the specialty care and procedures where they live. In addition to being responsible for the day-to-day operations of the organization, non-profit governance and compliance, the incoming Executive Director/Chief Executive Officer will be responsible for sustaining and enhancing the organization’s donor and sponsor relationships, identifying strategic business partnerships that will support the organization’s mission, expanding its name recognition, marketing and fundraising. This position will report to the Board of Directors. The organization is looking for a leader with non-profit experience who can build confidence, bring creative ideas to the table, is enthusiastic, and committed to the community and the families the organization serves.
