    ABOUT OUR CLIENT

Our client is an international nonprofit organization dedicated to the fight against blood cancer and blood disorders by creating awareness, recruiting stem cell donors to provide a second chance at life, raising funds to match donor registrations costs, and supporting the improvement of blood cancer therapies by our own research.

    POSITION SUMMARY

The Performance Marketing Manager will lead the execution and optimization of paid media campaigns across digital channels to support our Client's US’s donor acquisition, engagement, and growth goals. This role is responsible for managing data-driven campaigns in platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok, with a strong focus on testing, performance analysis, and continuous improvement.

Working closely with the Content Marketing Manager and broader marketing team, this position will help ensure paid media efforts are aligned with campaign strategy, audience needs, and organizational priorities. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and motivated by mission-driven work that helps save lives.

    RESPONSIBILITES

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

    • Plan, launch, manage, and optimize SEM campaigns and paid media across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and other relevant digital platforms.
    • Develop campaign structures, audience strategies, bidding approaches, and creative testing plans to improve performance.
    • Monitor campaign KPIs including cost per acquisition, conversion rates, click-through rates, impression share, and return on ad spend where applicable.
    • Analyze campaign and funnel performance to identify opportunities to lower donor acquisition costs and improve conversion efficiency.
    • Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance summaries that clearly communicate results, insights, and next steps.
    • Run A/B and multivariate tests on audiences, creative, landing pages, messaging, and bidding strategies.
    • Partner with the Content Marketing Manager to align paid media campaigns with content, email, donor journeys, and broader marketing initiatives.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure campaigns are accurate, timely, and fully optimized.
    • Manage budgets effectively and recommend reallocation strategies based on performance trends.
    • Support tracking implementation, conversion measurement, attribution review, and data hygiene across paid channels.
    • Stay current on platform changes, digital advertising best practices, privacy developments, and emerging paid media trends
    • Help ensure all paid communications reflect the Client's US’s mission, brand voice, and donor-centered messaging

    REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS

    • 3 to 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, paid digital media, growth marketing, or a related field.
    • Hands-on experience managing paid campaigns in Google Ads and Meta; TikTok Ads experience strongly preferred.
    • Strong understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, audience segmentation, and campaign optimization.
    • Proven ability to analyze data, generate insights, and translate findings into action.
    • Experience running structured tests and using results to improve performance.
    • Familiarity with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and tag management tools.
    • Strong Excel or spreadsheet skills, with comfort working in dashboards and performance reports.
    • Excellent project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
    • Ability to balance creative thinking with rigorous, data-driven decision-making.
    • Interest in nonprofit, healthcare, or mission-driven work is strongly preferred.

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Experience supporting donor acquisition, fundraising, advocacy, or cause-based marketing.
    • Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation tools.
