Position Overview:
The Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for managing and implementing Generation Hope’s recruitment process for our Scholar Program for teen parents and their mentors, which includes overseeing the Scholar application process, being a voice in the community to spread awareness about Generation Hope, executing strategies to recruit specific student groups, such as teen fathers, and recruiting mentors (i.e. Sponsors) to pair with Scholars. The Recruitment Coordinator should have a solid track record in large-scale recruitment efforts, a strong background in public speaking, provide outstanding customer service, be an enthusiastic professional, and be able to build relationships with internal and external customers. This person will often act as the first point of contact for Generation Hope and must be able to excite people about our mission and inspire them to action.
