    Descripción

    The Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the

    Miracle League of Plymouth and supporting key administrative and organizational functions.

    This includes managing staffing, logistics, and volunteer coordination across all programs and

    events. The Operations Manager works closely with the Executive Director and serves as the

    primary point of contact for operational execution and support.

    The Operations Manager is organized, dependable, and deeply passionate about creating

    inclusive opportunities for individuals with disabilities and their families.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage player registration and communications for all Miracle League programs

    • Create team rosters, schedules, announcer sheets, and volunteer assignments

    • Oversee concession stand purchasing and restocking

    • Serve as the primary logistical point of contact for volunteer and staff scheduling

    • Maintain volunteer records, waiver compliance, and training materials

    • Provide off-site support during games and events; troubleshoot last-minute changes

    • Ensure volunteers and staff have necessary signage, supplies, and instructions

    • Identify and implement improvements in daily operations

    Qualifications:

    • Strong organizational and project management skills

    • Self-starter who is proactive and able to work independently

    • Excellent attention to detail and follow-through

    • Comfortable working in a small, collaborative team environment

    • Mission aligned with The Miracle League of Plymouth’s values and goals

    • Familiarity with Google Workspace, Canva, Wix, Bloomerang, and major social media platforms is preferred
