The New Israel Fund advances democracy, human rights, and equality in Israel. By making grants to Israeli NGOs, training new civil society leaders, and building diverse coalitions, NIF shapes the field of progressive activism in Israel. The Associate Director, Digital Marketing will be responsible for designing, developing, and overseeing integrated, multi-channel campaigns that grow NIF’s audience, recruit new donors, and deepen existing supporters’ engagement. We’re looking for a solutions-oriented, flexible thinker with fluency in digital tools, a working understanding and passion for NIF’s work, exceptional project management abilities, and great communications skills. Your experience on a digital or communications team at a non-profit, agency, or political campaign means you know the path to victory isn’t always a straight line and requires long-term thinking—and you’re excited for the challenge.
Strong candidates will demonstrate excellent marketing judgment with the ability to recognize, develop, and produce high-quality marketing content across channels. This includes a keen eye for design and visual consistency, as well as a sophisticated understanding of social media, digital advertising, content strategy, and website user experience. The Associate Director, Digital Marketing is an integral member of NIF’s Public Engagement team, reporting to Deputy VP, Communications and Marketing, and acting as a linchpin for collaborative work for the PE team and the entire organization.

The salary range for this position is $85,000 to $100,000 USD annually, commensurate with experience, qualification and skills.

Fluency in writing, reading, speaking English. Knowledge of Hebrew or Arabic a plus, but not required.
