Women’s Law Project (WLP) is a fast-paced, non-profit legal organization that defends and advances the rights of women, girls, and LGBTQ+ people in Pennsylvania and beyond.
WLP is seeking an Administrative Assistant for its Western Pennsylvania office in Pittsburgh, PA, to provide organizational and clerical support to WLP staff.
Key responsibilities of the role include coordinating the scheduling of meetings, maintaining the Executive Director’s calendar, preparing documents and reports, managing files and databases, and acting as a central communication point within the Western Pennsylvania office.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.

Salary and Benefits:
The Administrative Assistant position is full-time and non-exempt.

Location of Work:
WLP is a flexible hybrid office. The in-office component of the work will take place in downtown Pittsburgh three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday). WLP prefers employees to perform their remote work (Monday and Friday) in Pennsylvania to ensure compliance with state and local withholding requirements and wage and hour laws.
