    Job Description

Seton Education Partners seeks a mission-driven leader to coach and develop Seton Teaching Fellows, manage program logistics, and strengthen collaboration between El Camino, STF, and Brilla. The ideal candidate is highly organized, skilled in coaching educators, and committed to ensuring the success of both programs.

    About Seton Education Partners

Co-founded in 2009 by KIPP pioneer Scott W. Hamilton and Teach For America alumna Stephanie Saroki de Garcia, Seton Education Partners responds to the decline of urban Catholic schools, which have long served underserved communities.

Seton expands access to academically excellent, character-rich, and, for those who seek it, Catholic education. As a national nonprofit, it partners with dioceses to implement innovative, sustainable models that blend Catholic tradition with new possibilities. Seton is driven by the belief that urban Catholic schools can be revitalized to better serve children and families in underserved communities.

    About the Brilla Schools Network

Brilla Public Charter Schools is a K-8 network serving nearly 1,600 students in the Bronx, with plans to grow to 4,000 students. Brilla combines classical education-focused on virtue, Truth, Beauty, and Goodness-with modern instructional practices and individualized learning. The network prioritizes academic excellence, character formation, and a joyful, dignified community.

    About El Camino

El Camino ("The Way") is a Catholic after-school program partnered with Brilla schools that supports faith formation, character development, and academic growth. Since 2013, over 260 children have been baptized through the program.

Serving ~40% of Brilla students, El Camino provides homework help, catechism, physical activity, and opportunities for prayer and family engagement.

About the Role: Director of Programs

This role leads program strategy, systems, and outcomes across a campus. Reporting to the Network Director of Programs, the Director oversees El Camino and supervises Seton Teaching Fellows, ensuring strong collaboration between programs and alignment with Brilla.
