Help Lead Worship That Draws People Closer to Christ

Kingswood Church is seeking a gifted musician, worship leader, and servant leader to become our next Minister of Worship & Music.

We’re not simply looking for someone to lead songs.

We’re looking for someone who believes worship is one of the primary ways people encounter God—and who wants to help create meaningful, Christ-centered worship experiences that engage both the congregation and those who are visiting for the first time.

Kingswood Church, located in Dunwoody, Georgia, is entering an exciting new season of ministry. As part of that vision, we are creating two new full-time ministry positions designed to strengthen discipleship, worship, and community engagement for years to come.

The Minister of Worship & Music will…

• Lead and coordinate music for weekly worship and seasonal services.

• Recruit, mentor, and encourage volunteer musicians and vocalists.

• Collaborate with the Senior Pastor and staff to design meaningful worship experiences.

• Help cultivate a worship culture that is spiritually authentic, welcoming, and engaging.

• Build relationships with the congregation while helping people use their musical gifts in service to Christ.

We’re looking for someone who…

• Loves Jesus and leads from a genuine, growing faith.

• Is a strong vocalist and musician with experience leading worship.

• Enjoys developing and encouraging volunteers.

• Values collaboration and works well as part of a ministry team.

• Brings creativity, humility, flexibility, and a servant’s heart to ministry.
