As we prepare for the planned transition of our founder and president at the end of 2026, we are seeking an Executive Director to lead the organization into its next chapter of growth, stability, and impact.

This is a unique opportunity for a mission-driven leader to help shape the future of a respected nonprofit, expand its reach, strengthen its financial foundation, and deepen its impact on survivors and communities nationwide.

Reporting to the Board of Directors and working closely with the Program Manager, the ED will guide the organization through an important leadership transition while advancing its mission, growing revenue, developing and strengthening partnerships, and ensuring long-term sustainability.

The ideal candidate is an experienced nonprofit leader, fundraiser, and relationship-builder who is inspired by Jane Doe No More’s mission and prepared to lead with vision, compassion, and accountability.

      • Work with the executive committee to address and prepare operational and strategic opportunities
      • Provide regular updates on organizational performance, program impact, financial health, and operational needs
      • Engage, inspire, and maintain strong relationships with survivors, advocates, donors, community partners, and other stakeholders
