- Review and shape content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with HEAL’s approach

Technical Assistance & Program Design
- Design and deliver technical assistance and training engagements for partners
- Translate partner needs into structured, high-quality educational offerings
- Contribute to the development of new program concepts and approaches
- Collaborate with organizational leadership to identify emerging educational needs and opportunities for program growth
External Engagement & Strategic Partnerships
- Build and maintain relationships with partners, collaborators, and stakeholders
- Support partnership development through relationship management, coordination of proposals and contracts, and cultivation of new educational and technical assistance opportunities.
- Represent HEAL in external meetings, working groups, and collaborative initiatives, contributing an educational and field-informed perspective
- Support the growth of HEAL’s programs by identifying opportunities for collaboration, training, and technical assistance
- Contribute to donor and foundation engagement through program visibility and external participation
