Carter Burden Network (CBN) is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Case Worker to join the Roosevelt Island Older Adult Center team for a temporary 12-week leave replacement, with the possibility of extension based on program needs. This position plays an essential role in connecting older adults to vital resources, benefits, and community supports that enhance quality of life and foster independence.
The Case Worker will provide individualized assistance, conduct needs assessments, facilitate referrals, and maintain accurate case documentation while working closely with participants, staff, and local community partners. The Case Worker role offers a competitive salary range between $26.72–$28.37 per hour (annualized equivalent $48,630–$51,633 per year) in full compliance with the NYC Pay Transparency Act, with final placement based on experience, skills, and internal equity.
