Bi-lingual Staff Attorney

The Rutgers Child Advocacy Clinic (CAC) at Rutgers Law School in Newark, New Jersey, and the Rutgers Immigrant Justice Clinic at Rutgers Law School in Camden, New Jersey, are seeking to hire a bilingual Full-Time Attorney to begin immediately. The Staff Attorney or Senior Staff Attorney will be based in Newark, NJ, and will provide immigration representation to children in northern New Jersey who are involved with the New Jersey Division of Child Protection and Permanency. This person will join a wonderful team of attorneys who have been working on a project that is a national model, representing foster children as their immigration attorneys since May 2016.
