    Our client is seeking an experienced relationship builder and strategic thinker to lead the development of high-impact partnerships that advance organizational priorities while generating sustainable revenue and mission impact.

    This leadership role is ideal for a professional who thrives at the intersection of strategy, business development, philanthropy, and stakeholder engagement. The successful candidate will cultivate relationships across corporate, foundation, nonprofit, and public-sector communities while identifying opportunities that expand reach, influence, and long-term growth.

    Position Overview

    The Director, Partnerships & Growth will be responsible for creating and executing a comprehensive partnership strategy that supports organizational goals and expands external engagement. This individual will identify new opportunities, manage key stakeholder relationships, oversee partnership initiatives, and collaborate across teams to ensure successful execution and measurable outcomes.

    This role requires a combination of strategic vision, relationship management expertise, financial acumen, and strong leadership skills.

    Key Responsibilities

    Strategic Partnership Development

      • Design and implement strategies that strengthen organizational partnerships and drive measurable impact.
      • Identify, evaluate, and pursue new collaboration opportunities aligned with strategic priorities.
      • Build and maintain relationships with corporate partners, foundations, government entities, and mission-aligned organizations.
      • Expand engagement with key stakeholders to increase visibility, influence, and revenue opportunities.

    Relationship Management

      • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of high-value partnerships.
      • Develop long-term engagement plans that strengthen partner satisfaction and retention.
      • Facilitate regular communication with stakeholders and ensure commitments are fulfilled.
      • Manage partnerships throughout the entire lifecycle, from prospecting and cultivation through renewal and expansion.

    Revenue and Growth

      • Partner with executive leadership to establish and achieve annual revenue and partnership goals.
      • Develop business cases and partnership proposals that create value for all parties.
      • Monitor financial performance, budgets, and return on investment for partnership initiatives.
      • Track pipeline activity and maintain accurate reporting on opportunities and outcomes.

    Cross-Functional Leadership

      • Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership activities with organizational priorities.
      • Lead project teams and coordinate resources necessary to support partnership success.
      • Engage volunteers, advisors, and coalition members in advancing strategic initiatives.
      • Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.

    Qualifications

    Required Experience

      • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Public Administration, Public Policy, Nonprofit Management, or a related field.
      • 7+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, external relations, fundraising, stakeholder engagement, or a related discipline.
      • Demonstrated success building and managing complex external relationships.
      • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and driving measurable results.
