We center joy, collaboration, and community accountability- and we’re seeking a skilled finance professional to join our mission-driven team. We aim to fill this role as soon as possible.

    Position Overview

This is a flexible opportunity: we’re hiring a Finance Manager or experienced Accountant depending on fit. In either role, you will guide day‑to‑day financial operations, grant reporting, and support our ongoing fiscal health.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Prepare and post journal entries (monthly transactions, donations, expenses, accruals)
    • Manage accounts payable and perform deposits
    • Prepare monthly reports for the Board of Directors: balance sheet, budget-to-actual, and cash flow
    • Assist in the preparation for financial audits and organizational budgets
    • Maintain clear, compliant records using GAAP principles

    Grant & Donor Financial Management

    • Track expenditures by grant, ensuring compliance with funder guidelines
    • Prepare reports for audits, funders, and internal tracking
    • Collaborate on grant budgets and invoicing
    • Maintain donor records and transactions in database
    • Support donor appreciation activities (e.g., thank-you notes, phone outreach)
