Our ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in strategic implementation, program development, fundraising, and organizational capacity-building.
Brief Summary of Role
Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director (ED) of Californians for the Advancement of Midwifery (CAM), the selected contractor will guide implementation of our four strategic goals: supporting a diverse midwifery workforce, educating the public about midwifery options, advancing supportive policies, and strengthening organizational capacity.
Submitting a Response to Our RFP
Your proposal should be prepared with the expectation of a 12-month contractual relationship beginning in fall of 2025, with the potential for renewal. CAM reserves the right to terminate the relationship at any time with 30-days prior written notice. Preference will be given to candidates based in California.
