The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced, visionary, and dynamic educational leader to serve as our next Head of School. The successful candidate will provide strategic, academic, operational, and spiritual leadership for the entire school while driving student achievement, enrollment growth, staff development, and organizational sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
The Head of School (Director) will:
- Provide overall leadership and management of the school.
- Ensure excellence in teaching, learning, and student achievement.
- Lead implementation of the Cambridge and GES curricula.
- Develop and implement the school's strategic plans and annual goals.
- Supervise and support academic and administrative staff.
- Foster a strong Christian culture and positive school environment.
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, staff, donors, and community stakeholders.
- Lead initiatives to increase student enrollment and retention.
- Oversee school operations, budgets, financial sustainability, and resource stewardship.
- Support fundraising, partnership development, and scholarship initiatives.
- Report regularly to the School Board and School Management Committee.
