    Location: Greenwich, Stamford and Darien, CT

    Join our mission-driven outpatient behavioral health team and make a meaningful impact for children, adults and families living in Lower Fairfield County, Connecticut.

    Family Centers, a growing nonprofit organization, is currently seeking additional Licensed Behavioral Health Clinicians to provide high-quality behavioral health services across a range of care settings including traditional outpatient clinics, an integrated primary care clinic, school-based health centers, and our Center for HOPE which offers grief, bereavement, critical illness and crisis response services.

    Position Summary

    Licensed Clinicians at Family Centers provide behavioral health services including assessment, psychotherapy, and consultation with collaborative healthcare providers.

    Program placement is determined based on clinician experience, preferences, language skills, and program needs. Depending on license and experience, clinicians may also have opportunities to support clinical supervision/mentoring, training, and quality improvement initiatives.

    Schedules vary depending on program placement and may include one to two evening shifts per week. School-based positions follow the public school’s calendar.

    Qualifications

      • Master's degree in social work, Counseling, Psychology, or related behavioral health field.
      • Current Connecticut licensure (LCSW, LMSW, LPC, LPC-A, LMFT) or the ability to obtain CT licensure.
      • Strong clinical assessment and psychotherapy skills using evidence-based practices.
      • Experience working with a wide range of populations, including adults, children, and families.
      • Knowledge and experience with electronic health record systems.
      • Commitment to ethical practice and compliance with all regulatory standards.

    Preferred Qualifications

      • Bilingual Spanish or bicultural experience.
      • Experience in integrated healthcare, outpatient behavioral health, school-based mental health, or grief/bereavement counseling.
      • Experience working with diverse communities.

    Compensation

    Compensation is highly competitive and varies based on program placement and experience. Sign-on bonus may be granted.
