Eco Caminhos is a permaculture farm and educational center located in the mountains of Rio de Janeiro, dedicated to environmental regeneration, hands-on education, and social impact. We host volunteers and apprentices from all over the world, implementing agroforestry, bioconstruction, permaculture, and community-based living.

We are expanding our agroforestry systems and are looking for a passionate Agroforestry Specialist to help lead our regenerative agriculture efforts.

Position Overview

The Agroforestry Specialist will lead, plan, and execute the implementation and maintenance of regenerative agroforestry systems while guiding volunteers, apprentices, and visitors.

You will be directly involved in transforming degraded areas into resilient and productive ecosystems, contributing to the development of a scalable model of sustainable agriculture.
