Position Overview
Community Organizing Alliance (COA) and Community Action Alliance (CAA) seek an Operations Manager who is deeply aligned with our values of racial and social equity and committed to advancing systemic change at both community and government levels.
The Operations Manager will play a key role in building the future of COA and CAA by supporting the internal systems and infrastructure that make our organizing and advocacy work possible. The ideal candidate is highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to support internal systems, administrative processes, and day-to-day operations across both organizations.
This role will help maintain organizational efficiency, support payroll and financial recordkeeping, and strengthen operational systems that allow program and staff teams to focus on community-facing work.

This is a full-time, salaried, hybrid position working approximately 35–40 hours per week. The anticipated base salary is approximately $52,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience, not including fringe benefits. COA and CAA offer a benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
