This is a full-time temporary position concluding through December 15th, 2026.

ABOUT THE DATA & TECHNOLOGY TEAM

The Data & Technology team consists of data scientists, analysts, engineers, web developers, and product managers who develop, manage, and execute the short-and long-term technical needs and roadmap for all parts of the organization’s internal operations and external initiatives, programs, and campaigns. In addition, the team provides robust data analysis, builds and maintains a host of tools and infrastructure, and services Civic Nation’s internal needs.

    • Support the integration of paid media and advertising platforms with HubSpot to improve lead capture, attribution, audience management, and reporting.
    • Develop and maintain campaign tracking frameworks using UTM parameters and attribution standards across digital marketing, email, advertising, and partner campaigns.
    • Partner with hub teams to establish consistent data collection processes and reporting standards.
    • Other reasonable and related duties as assigned.

    YOUR EXPERIENCE

    • 1+ years of experience in a nonprofit or political environment supporting data management, digital campaigns, or CRM operations.
    • Demonstrated experience with HubSpot required.
    • Preferred experience with CRM management, email marketing, workflows, reporting, and audience segmentation.

    YOUR COMPETENCIES

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a genuinely data-driven mindset — comfortable digging into a problem and surfacing what actually matters.
    • Experience supporting digital advertising campaigns and integrating advertising platforms with CRM systems.
    • Demonstrated ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
    • Ability to communicate effectively across audiences, translating technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance for non-technical teammates and partners.
    • Curious and growth-oriented — eager to learn new skills and platforms, receptive to feedback, and energized by working as part of a larger, collaborative team.
    • Ability to connect with and support a diverse group of individuals at all levels and across all parts of the organizational structure.
