SSO International coordinator

We are swift sports organisation,a grassroot community based organization in Uganda,located In Wakiso district.

We are in need of a mature person in terms of humanitarian,community based organization, fundraising in general potential international donors coordinator to ensure establishment of Swift Sports Organisation in community development and health programs.

We need someone capable to take us to the next level since we have been abused by unfaithful people using our data for their self intentions.This has hurt us a lot.

We need someone royal to African race, passionate to swift cause, independent and aggressive and positive.

Swift Sports Organisation we are registered CBO under Nansana municipality,Nansana Division Council in Wakiso district.

Our vision is fighting poverty through a sports talent with a mission; discovering, developing and promoting a sports talent.

This was initiated in 2018 by a sports coach who relocated to Kiteezi,shared a dream to 1 single mother in the community who passed the message to 3 friends.

We started to gather at Homiesdaren's School play ground every evening for fitness and netball training.

Different women and the entire community were excited,many joined;women,men,youth and a lot of children.

After like two months we were 86 ,reaching 2019 we had formed Swift Superladies Netball Club very powerful,Kids club and Teens club. In the same years swift superladies netball club participated in 2 Xmas seasonal tournaments surprisingly they won two trophies,2 goats,and cash 500.000= at this time our gathering could bring more than 300 participates.

Entering 2020 we were excited to engage in many developmental activities,and registering our club to the division league! As you can not know what future holds suddenly Covid 19 pandemic came in with lock down.

This crushed us to zero ,lost supportive friends,and many members relocated to far villages for green pasture. The few members who remained and coach decided to also relocate to Kazo central zone 1. By September 2022 we recognized a need to become a community based organization to use the sports invade different challenges facing single mothers, children and youth min general disadvantaged people.

Today we are a community based organization using the talent to transform lives of people in terms of development and health.

We have a major goal for 2026/27 to become a well established organization with Swift Recreation Center ( a center of skiling programs and sports science)

And for that reason we need someone serious fully committed partner in CBO establishment and community development.

We need someone who really understands the meaning of Africa, basically Uganda country, listening,fully committed to the organization as godmother or godfather.
