This role will work out of our Boston, MA facility and will support the organization by overseeing a robust event schedule, maintaining and increasing member attendance, ensuring program quality, and creating new partnerships. It will also help to provide a systematic approach to acquiring and developing high impact volunteers. The ideal candidate must be able to think on their feet, juggle many moving pieces, and be comfortable filling in for instructors as needed. The Phoenix's mission is to build a sober active community that fuels resilience and harnesses the transformational power of connection so that together we rise, recover, and live. Through activities such as CrossFit, book clubs, rock climbing, art socials, yoga, and meditation, participants build confidence, self-respect, and community. The Phoenix offers free programs, both in person and online, for anyone with 48 hours of sobriety. Since 2006, we have served hundreds of thousands of individuals with the help of thousands of volunteers across the country.
