TITLE: Donor Experience Manager/Specialist
DEPARTMENT: Development
REPORTS TO: Chief Philanthropy Officer
SALARY: $65,000-$75,000 per year
SCHEDULE: Full-time; with flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends
LOCATION: Ossining, NY; hybrid role requiring at least 2 days in the office weekly.

POSITION SUMMARY
Riverkeeper’s Donor Experience Manager/Specialist drives donor engagement by developing outreach and engagement strategies for Riverkeeper donors and executing donor-focused events and engagements along the Hudson River, with a particular emphasis on New York City. This role drives cross-team collaboration, streamlining information flow and operational process to ensure alignment and efficiency. They provide executive-level strategic support for Riverkeeper’s Chief Philanthropy Officer and President and play a vital role in advancing stewardship efforts.
