Swipe Out Hunger is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to serve as the operational backbone of the organization. This position plays a pivotal role in keeping our financial systems accurate, internal operations seamless, and our team supported and energized. The ideal candidate is a systems thinker, problem-solver, and thrives in a collaborative but autonomous work environment.

- A doer with a strong attention to detail that follows through and closes loops.
- Proactive communicator—you surface barriers, upcoming holidays, and shifts in schedules before they become a problem.
- A critical thinker who understands how changes affect other systems and teams.

Compensación
This is a full-time, exempt position with a salary of $65,000. Swipe Out Hunger provides a supportive benefits package, including:
- 100% coverage for employee medical, dental, and vision insurance and 25% coverage for dependents or partners.
- 401(k) retirement matching after six months of tenure.
- Flexible work schedule and remote work opportunities.
- Professional development stipend of $500 annually.
- A $400 “Work Comfortably from Home” fund annually.
