We are seeking a dynamic and mission-driven Manager of Workforce Preparation Services to lead our team in delivering high-quality, person-centered employment support. This role combines staff supervision, program coordination, and instructional leadership to help adults with disabilities gain the skills and support needed to thrive in the workplace. If you enjoy helping people grow, developing engaging training experiences, and leading a team that makes a meaningful impact, this is the role for you.
Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
