    Position Summary

    • Conduct periodic audits to confirm all gifts are correctly acknowledged and logged
    • Reconcile gifts with Finance using Raiser's Edge and Financial Edge
    • Hand off weekly status to the Database & Reporting Coordinator each Wednesday (shared overlap day)

    Qualifications

    • College degree
    • Working knowledge of Raiser's Edge and Microsoft Excel
    • Comfortable with routine, detail-heavy work and periodic audits
    • Minimum two years of experience in fundraising operations or development administration
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy; clear, professional written communication

    Schedule

15 hours/week, Monday–Wednesday (5 hours/day), on-site or hybrid per Development team norms. Wednesday overlaps with the Database & Reporting Coordinator for handoff. Occasional week night and/or weekend hours for donor events, compensated as additional hours or comp time per Cathedral policy.

    Compensation

    $28–$32/hour ($21,840–$24,960 annualized at 15 hrs/week), commensurate with experience.
