    About Metro West CD

Metro West CD is a non-profit Community Development Corporation (CDC) formed in 1991 to address the shrinking supply of affordable housing in communities west of Boston. Our CDC is involved in many facets of affordable housing: development, management, advocacy, public policy, affirmative marketing, eligibility certification and housing search assistance. Metro West CD has developed 205 units of affordable housing in Watertown, Medway, Newton, Norwell, and Hudson, with an additional 75 units in predevelopment in Newton and Natick. For more information on our work, please visit www.metrowestcd.org.

    • Produce a summary report and visual presentation to communicate findings

    Deliverables

    • Final survey report with analysis and key insights
    • Compelling visual presentation to tell the story of MWCD’s clients and their needs (suitable for public or stakeholder audiences)

    • Strong data analysis skills and experience with data collection/analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, or similar)
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
    • Coursework in research methods, data analysis, or community development is a plus
