If you are looking for an internship in the field of architecture and interior design, this opportunity could be the perfect fit for you. Gain hands-on experience in Italy while contributing to the development of residential, commercial, hospitality, and lifestyle-oriented spaces within creative and dynamic studio environments.

We are looking for students and recent graduates in Architecture, Interior Design, or related fields to join our partner studios in the province of Agrigento, Sicily.

Depending on your profile and interests, your activities may focus more on residential interiors, hospitality design (holiday homes, B&Bs, restaurants, wellness spaces), commercial environments, offices, landscape and outdoor spaces, or contemporary interior styling projects.

Our partner studios work across a wide range of styles and concepts, including modern, contemporary, minimalist, Mediterranean, Scandinavian, industrial, boho-chic, rustic, and mixed-style interiors.

Your role

• Assist in the development of architectural concepts for residential, commercial, hospitality, and public projects
• Support space planning and layout development to create functional and aesthetically appealing environments
• Contribute to architectural and interior design projects through research, concept development, and design studies
• Assist with on-site surveys, measurements, sketches, and project documentation
• Prepare 2D and 3D drawings, CAD plans, models, visualizations, and renderings
• Support the development of executive and working drawings for construction and implementation phases
• Assist in the preparation of material boards, interior layouts, and presentation materials
• Contribute to environmental, landscape, and garden design proposals
• Participate in different stages of the project workflow, from initial concepts to final presentations
• Apply architectural and design fundamentals to real-world projects and creative challenges

Apply if this is you:

• You are currently studying or have a background in Architecture, Interior Design, Environmental Design, Landscape Architecture, or related fields
• You are passionate about architecture, interiors, and creative design, and would like to contribute to projects shaping spaces in Agrigento, Sicily
• You are interested in residential, commercial, hospitality, and contemporary interior design projects
• Familiarity with design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Revit, Blender, Photoshop, or similar tools is appreciated
• You have a good command of English or Italian (minimum B1 level)

• Italian language classes (beginner and intermediate levels)

Our Requirements:

• You are eligible for the Erasmus+ program or a similar international mobility program, which typically provide you with financial support
• You are available to spend at least 4 months in Agrigento
• You are able to cover possible short-distance commuting expenses related to the internship
