Our mission at Awakenings is to make visible the artistic expression of survivors of sexual violence. We are home to a multi-media art gallery featuring the art created by these survivors. By showcasing these stories of survival, we help survivors find peace while also challenging the cultural taboos that prevent an honest discussion of sexual violence.
