The North Valley Housing Trust (NVHT) is a nonprofit housing trust fund that provides financing for the production of affordable housing in Butte County, California. NVHT has a mission of developing a sustainable source of funding that is targeted to the community’s greatest housing needs. This is done by raising and pooling public and private funds locally, and leveraging those funds to attract government and foundation grants from outside Butte County.
