Cy-Fair Helping Hands

Cy-Fair Helping Hands (CFHH) is a [faith-based] 501(c)(3) nonprofit serving some of the most vulnerable neighbors in our community. We meet people where they are, providing support to those experiencing chronic homelessness, families displaced by crises, and the working poor. Through innovative programs, collaboration, and unwavering compassion, CFHH strengthens families, stabilizes lives, and mobilizes our community around hope. With 98% of our staff composed of volunteers, we depend on caring individuals to help advance our mission to bring hope, dignity and opportunity to the homeless and hungry of our Cy-Fair community. CFHH supports individuals in Cy-Fair facing homelessness and hunger through emergency shelter for families with children, a food pantry, a produce garden, street outreach, and a Homeless Day Center. We also provide scholarships for underprivileged students, programs for CFISD youth, and seasonal assistance during the holidays and back-to-school. Programs such as mental health counseling, "Come as You Are" worship services, community resource referrals, and a student-led, physician-managed, StreetHealth Clinic in partnership with the Texas A&M School of Medicine, reflect our commitment to deliver services focused on the whole person.
