The Region 6 Integrated Delivery Network (IDN) is an alliance of stakeholders who serve as the infrastructure for transforming Behavioral Health services delivery throughout the Strafford County and Seacoast area to improve population health for Medicaid members. Through a series of coordinated initiatives, the IDN develops and incentivizes integrated models of service delivery that aim to maximize our region’s mental health, substance use, primary care and social services capacity to ensure that the right care is available, accessible and delivered at the right time and place for the consumer.
