Gentiva provides the highest quality of hospice care to patients and their families during end of life. We provide supportive care to patients and their families at home. Our patients may be in a private home, skilled nursing facility, or assisted living facility. Volunteers provide companionship to our patients whether it be conversation, reading to the patient or playing music for them. These are just a few ways you can make a difference!
