Un Ponte Per… (UPP) is a volunteer association established in 1991 in Italy and working in the field of protection of human rights and capacity building in the Middle East. UPP promotes its activities through local civil society organisations and grass root based associations, providing them proper training, supporting their activities and empowering them to grow as independent and self-sustainable actors.
