The Bay Area Leadership Foundation (BALF) works with business, civic and community leaders, students, and parents to support the positive development of young adults in impoverished communities. BALF helps underserved students to strive for and realize their dreams of attending college by offering college preparedness programs, mentoring, and financial support. By providing a college education for youth who may otherwise fall between the cracks; BALF transforms lives.
