To support bilingualism, bi-literacy, biculturalism to the students of Washington Dual Language Academy, those of District 89, and of the world. To support the education of low to moderate income students to learn multiple languages and cultures. Increase awareness of the need for bi and multi-lingual children throughout the world. Support the learning of students outside of the classroom, in an effort to compete on a national level. Increase the nutritional eating habits of children outside of the school. Decrease childhood obesity through eating, exercise and education.
