Evernorth is a nonprofit who builds and invests in quality homes for individuals and families, and creates thriving communities. That’s why for the last 30 years, we have developed and financed environmentally, socially and economically responsible projects for low and moderate income people across northern New England.

We are a group of more than 45 professionals working to serve communities in Maine, Vermont, and New Hampshire. With offices in Portland, Maine and Burlington, Vermont, our staff has deep knowledge of local markets, close relationships with regional organizations — and a shared passion for affordable housing and social justice.
