SSERINYA COMMUNITY ORGANIZATION-UGANDA

Iam happy to introduce to you Sserinya Community Organization-Uganda (SCOU) is Community Based Organization handling Education,Economic Development,Agriculture, HIV/AIDS awareness, Water and Environmentalconservation, Health care and supports general health in the community of Sserinya. It operates in the villages of Sserinya, Mazinga, Katina, Bulungu, Kabagabo, kayijja, Bulando, in Bulando parish, Buwunga Sub-County Bukoto East Constituency Masaka District.

Legal status; Sserinya Community Organization- Uganda is a community based organization. It started in 2009 and legally registered with the District Community Development Office/Department 23/08/2012 under Registration No: 7252CD

Our goalis to see yet an improvement in Education, Agriculture, natural resources management, Water and Environmental conservation and Health care management.

Vision

A world in which all people have equal access to basic education, Health and have resources to be able to influence the decisions that affect their lives.

The organization is now managing learning and coordinating centre for formal education of children of 3years to 15years with an enrollment of 175 vulnerable children.

Within the area of Education we seek to empower poor and marginalized adults and children and their organizations to promote, claim and achieve their individual and collective rights to relevant quality education.
