Tibet Hope centre

Tibet Hope Center is a non-governmental organization, which was started by a Tibetan youth, focusing on a range of local issues. It initially opened its heart on the 8th of May 2007. Our motto proudly stands “Think Globally, Act Locally”. We really believe that every individual can make a difference for a better tomorrow, and a better world. There are thousands of Tibetans living in India. Many of them don’t speak, read or write English. In the modern world English has become a global language and pays a vital role in our daily life. With the flame of hope in our hearts, HEC opened its doors on May 8 2007. This center will help Tibetans to become educated in English so that their dreams will come true and hopes will be fulfilled. It is their hope that they can provide a different approach to education than other areas schools, filling a void in the educational opportunities available in the community.
