EVERGREEN LIVING INNOVATIONS

We are a non-profit nursing home that provides award-winning, person-centered care regardless of financial resources. We can serve up to 84 residents in three neighborhoods of 28 residents each. Each neighborhood has dedicated staff and resources to ensure residents preferences and wishes are not only known but followed. The staff at Evergreen are trained to put the person before the task and get to know each resident as an individual. We provide long-term and short-term care as well as respite care. Our goal is to ensure each person living at Evergreen is treated with respect, dignity and that they are at the center of everything we do.
