Compassionate Care Hospice

Compassionate Care Hospice is a community based organization committed to providing the highest quality of hospice care to patients and their families, by providing access to hospice care for the under served or difficult to serve populations; by wise and efficient use of available resources, and by educating the community. We take care of the seriously ill patients with a goal of maximizing quality of life. With the help of our services, patients are able to remain in the comfort and privacy of wherever they call "home" whether it is the family home, assisted living facility, or nursing home. Our hospice team includes Nurses, Physicians, Social Workers, Chaplains, Counselors, Home Health Aides and trained Volunteers to help patients and their families live as fully and as comfortably as possible.
